silk tree
A sapling at the forest margin along access road to a wildlife management area, next to a pile of trash from a nearby dwelling.
Apparently introduced with the same trash pile, other weeds include Oriental bittersweet, Japanese knotweed, sycamore maple,
and white mulberry. Silk tree is the least troublesome on this list.
