All of the trees we found on the Hancock Hill slope appear to belong to the same generation and display the same weak growing pattern, except some few that have reached the height of 7-8 m. One is even taller than that! Of course, it is not anything like its kin on the western coast that can grow to 100 m, yet its estimated height is 12 m, and the diameter is 15 cm at breast height.
